Cabinet Parts Washer

The Cabinet Washer has been designed for obtaining highest level of cleaning for précised parts that needs mass production before Assembly & Packing. All the cleaning stages use an immersion process and aqueous media. Removal of large quantities of contaminations from parts & fine dirt particles of with a defined size can be achieved by selecting the appropriate filtering system at each process.
The parts from the basket moves in to the conveyor arrangement & door closes through pneumatically vertical lifting door. Once the door gets locked the cleaning process will be followed simultaneously one after other which automatically wash, Rinse & Dries the component.
Here the components are handled by Rotary Drum which revolves with slow speed to get the effective cleaning & reachability on all areas of the parts. In addition to that, Ultrasonic Cleaning also can be to increase the quality level of washing & to approach the intercases, cavities & blind holes wherever necessary.
