Multistage Component Washer
A usual Multi Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine comprises of the following stages; Ultrasonic Cleaning followed by Rinsing & Drying tank. However, the stages can be customized and added up to 7 tanks or more depending upon the process requirement.

A multistage ultrasonic cleaner uses a series of tanks and processes to clean components thoroughly. The parts pass through different stages, such as:
Pre-cleaning / Degreasing – Removes heavy dirt, grease, or oil.
Ultrasonic Cleaning – Uses high-frequency sound waves to create microscopic cavitation bubbles that dislodge contaminants from surfaces and crevices.
Rinsing (RO/DM/DI Water) – Removes residual cleaning solution and loosened particles.
Drying (Hot Air/Vacuum) – Ensures completely dry and contamination-free parts.
Optional Material Handling Automation – Pneumatic, electromechanical, conveyorized, screw-type, or rotary indexing systems for faster and safer operation.
