Engine Block Washer

The Engine Block Washers are Manufactured to clean all kinds of 4 cylinder & 6-cylinder Engines by using Robotic Movement which is picked by Arm & Hand gun with High Pressure to reach out the Oil Gallery holes & Water jacketed holes.

This Heavy Duty washer is designed for all Engine Applications such as Repair, Maintenance, Overhaul & Rebuild /Reconditioning of different areas of Locomotives.

The Robot is indexed stage by stage so that for every axis the Engine block will be indexed at 90 degrees. The Robotic Gun will be picked up for Target wash where the Robot will approach for the specific point for desired time. Once Robot does target wash then Compressed air & Hot Air Drier will be done to make Engine block to the utmost dryness level.

All the contaminations from the Engines such as grease, dust, oil, etc can be removed in this system.
The cycle time to clean Engine block will consume around 40-45 minutes consists of Rinsing & Hot Air drier. Here the Nozzles are placed at all sides of the manifold ensuring thorough cleaning on all surface of Engine blocks.
