Role & Responsibilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity
- Identify issues in the production line and implement corrective actions, training, and process improvements
- Establish and enforce safety standards and protocols, ensuring worker well-being and environmental responsibility
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in engineering and manufacturing technologies and share knowledge with the team
- Monitor, identify, and report unsafe practices and risk factors
- Prepare and manage production schedules, timelines, and project budgets
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analyze production workflows and recommend continuous improvement strategies
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for production
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Manufacturing Industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
- Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and production planning
- Ability to handle team coordination and problem-solving in real-time scenarios
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
