Description
The Rotary Component Cleaning Machine are designed to meet out the demanding cleanliness and drying requirements of all kinds of parts. The washing process is performed automatically without any manual intervention within isolated cabinet.
The machine sprays the washing liquid at a temperature of 70°C maximum with high flow through nozzle system arranged on all sides & high pressure into the chamber thereby creating strong turbulence through rotating the baskets.
This results washing liquid penetrating into channels, galleries, openings, cavities and blind holes effectively. This cleans very effectively the most complicated components The spray washer is manufactured in complete stainless steel construction (AISI 304) with tank, cabinet, lid, heating elements & basket. The motor driven rotation ensures reliable cleaning results every time regardless of the geometry and size of the parts. The Machine can be customized & Optimized based on the cleaning tasks through comprehensive range of accessories.
