Revolving Small Parts Cleaning Machine

Our Revolving Small Parts Washer are designed to meet the cleanliness requirements of all kinds of precision & child parts such as Fasteners, Engine valves, Piston, Pins, bushes, Rings, oil seals etc. The washing process is performed automatically without any manual intervention within isolated cabinet.

Here the component basket revolves so that the basket is locked in the lid which sprays the washing liquid at a temperature of 65 °C – 70°C maximum with high flow through nozzle system arranged on all sides & high pressure into the chamber thereby creating strong turbulence through rotating the baskets.

Once spray Washing is completed, the Basket is immersed in to the Chamber where Ultrasonic cleaning takes place so that all loose contaminations which are at the hided areas will be get removed by this process through Ultra sound Vibratory waves. Once again final wash is done with high pressure & after that in the same chamber Hot air Dryer will be done to ensure the component dryness within the chamber.

After the completion of all above process, front door opens by means of Pneumatic Cylinder Arrangement & the operator unloads the cleaned component along with the basket. Then loads the next basket with uncleaned basket which is to be ready for loading into the chamber. Likewise the same operation & Process will be done through the repeated phases of cycles. The Machine can be customized & Optimized based on the cleaning tasks through comprehensive range of accessories.
