The Conveyor Parts Washer has been designed for high-volume production, the tunnel washing machine offer a reliable and high-performance solution for continuous washing and degreasing of small components.
Components are automatically transported on a conveyor belt through each stage of the cleaning cycle. The speed of Conveyor can be easily adjusted by the operator, ensuring maximum control and process optimization. All the cleaning process such as Spray Washing, Hot Water Rinsing & Hot Air blow drying all done in separate chamber.
The washing section uses high-pressure jets and detergents to remove grease, dirt, oil, and other contaminants from the parts. Customizable nozzle configurations ensure efficient cleaning for parts of different shapes and sizes. After washing, parts are passed through a rinsing section where clean water removes any detergent residues, ensuring that the parts are free of any contaminants before drying. The drying section uses heated air and blowers to efficiently dry the parts, preventing water spots formation and ensuring that they are ready for further use.
Once cleaned and dried, the parts exit through the discharge conveyor system, ready for sorting, assembly, or packaging. Our conveyor washing systems dramatically reduce labour costs, water usage, and detergent consumption while improving throughput and cleaning accuracy and provides consistent, repeatable results.
